Role: Digital Product Manager

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled and dynamic professional, passionate about driving the adoption and use of digital product across core business sectors. This role will be part of a capable product team, working together to drive seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the adoption and ongoing use of the company's digital products within our key business sectors.
- Create and implement strategies to boost product visibility, user engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction, leading to commercial growth and operational improvements.
- Track, assess, and address any fluctuations in performance (commercial, operational, or experiential) and respond to emerging trends.
- Act as the primary advocate for users, ensuring their needs are considered and addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage the collection and prioritization of the improvement backlog, developing business cases and assessing technical feasibility.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, validating opportunities and championing initiatives.
Required Expertise:
- Experience managing a diverse client base across the UK, with strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients on trends and demands.
- Ability to balance consumer experience with business needs, regulatory changes, and financial considerations.
- Skilled in evaluating and balancing competing commercial and operational demands to determine strategic direction.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring KPI targets are met.
- Adaptability in prioritizing and shifting focus in response to the organization's commercial and operational needs.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Confidence in using data to drive decisions and actions.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the influence to shape priorities up to the director level.
- Knowledge of customer journey design and execution.
- Excellent analytical thinking paired with strong stakeholder influence skills.
- Passion for working with an Agile mindset.
- Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing business, client, or consumer priorities.
- A digital/tech qualification or training is a plus.
- Willingness to work across different time zones, if required.
