Procurement and Contracts Manager - £35K - £45K - Flintshire
This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is rapidly expanding, with sites all over the country managing Service Delivery contracts and Sub Contractor sourcing and agreements.
Key skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Service Delivery contracts, Maintenance services and the Subcontractor market.
- Tendering and Contract management
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Compliance and Cost Management
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to assess and measure supplier performance based on KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership.
- Analytical approach with a focus on cost control and maximizing value.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 months experience in Procurement.
- Ideally professional qualifications, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
