Requirements:
- 1+ years of IT Support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, AD, Exchange, Software, Hardware, and Networking.
- Understanding of ITIL Framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
