Our Galway-based Financial Services client is looking for an experienced L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join them in their award-winning office. You will be working in a small dynamic team providing IT support. Excellent benefits are available, including company trips, Pension and Healthcare, as well as opportunity for future career development.
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT Support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, AD, Exchange, Software, Hardware, and Networking
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
