IT Support Engineer - West Yorkshire - £24-26K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will Work as part of a team to provide advice, high level support and practical assistance to our users via the IT service desk telephone system and remote support software tools..
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line technical support, answering support queries via phone & email.
- Carrying out user administration and set up.
- Office 365
- To log & prioritise system & user support calls for the second line support team.
- Creating and administrating Microsoft Exchange email accounts.
- Active Directory Federated Services
- Azure AD
- Pleasant, patient and professional manner when dealing with users.
- Proficiency in the troubleshooting and resolution of all client queries.
- Document and maintain Help Desk policies and procedures
- Using remote control software tools to provide fault resolution and diagnosis
