IT Support Engineer

Senitor is excited to partner with a leading IT solutions provider to recruit an IT Support Engineer. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a progressive company, working with the latest technologies and a supportive team. The position is Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work model after probation. A driving licence is beneficial but not required to commute.
The successful candidate will provide remote and onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues across various IT environments, including Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and networking. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, maintaining system security, supporting backup solutions, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first approach are essential.
Key Skills Required:
· 2+ years IT experience, IT related degree or similar.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and Windows operating systems.
· Knowledge of networking, WAN, LAN, firewalls, and security protocols.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for hardware/software issues.
· Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
