IT Support - 1st/2nd line- £35K - Slough
We're on the hunt for a dynamic First Line & Second Line IT Support Analyst who's obsessed with all things tech - from tinkering with hardware and software to mastering cutting-edge communications systems.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution - Handle incoming support calls and tickets, diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems, and track cases on Jira.
Technical Implementation & Training - Install and customize applications for new customers, conduct training sessions, and test bug fixes before deployment.
Technical Expertise & Skills - Ideally you will have some knowwledge of SQL, Windows, databases, web servers, and remote access tools, with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
