Head of QA - London (Hybrid)
I am working with a successful and growing FinTech company based in London, and we have an exciting job opportunity for a Head of QA. This company specialises in web trading technology, working with global investment banks and many clients in the Financial Services sector.
This role will suit a QA leader with experience managing technical QA teams and communicating with stakeholders to ensure high quality throughout the organisation. This role is focused on management and communication with stakeholders, board members and the team.
This is a hybrid position that requires travel into London two days a week.
Essential experience:
- Managing the QA team, assisting and mentoring the QA's.
- Ensuring high quality throughout the organisation
- Communicating with stakeholders and board members
- Collaborating and communicating with the Senior Leadership team e.g. Director of Engineering, Head of Product etc.
- Automation expertise, and familiarity with AWS
