Marketing and Communications Manager - Ellesmere Port
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Marketing and Communications Manager to join a small team at a company focussed on sustainability and committed to innovation within the Energy industry. As a small but well-established company, they work with specialists and experts across the world to reduce CO2 emissions and strive for a cleaner, greener future.
The company have a small marketing team so you would lead on all Communications and PR and would lead both the strategy and delivery, as well as managing external marketing freelancers and agencies where needed. You would be given the freedom and opportunity to make the strategy your own and would be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Experience and Skillset:
- Communications focussed role (3+ years experience)
- General marketing knowledge and experience
- Communications Strategy
- PR / Media / Press releases
- Brand Strategy
- Budget Management
- Monitoring, Tracking and Analysis of marketing performance
- Marketing Software skills such as Canva, Hubspot, Google Analytics, CRM
- Experience in Energy, Innovation, Sustainability, Scientific Innovation etc highly desirable
You must have excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as attention to detail and ability to work as a team player. The company have a great working culture and excellent benefits such as 10% pension, private medical insurance and professional development opportunities.
Salary £40-50K DOE.
Hybrid working in Ellesmere port, most people do 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home.
