Business Development Manager - Remote - £40K (Plus commission)
I'm recruiting on behalf of my client for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join the sales team. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door sales.
- Build strong relationships with new potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
