Senitor Ireland is thrilled to be working with a leading engineering services company to recruit a Business Analyst (Salesforce experience, would be ideal be not essential). This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organization offering infrastructure solutions in Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting process reviews and requirement analysis.
- Building templates, reports, and dashboards.
- Acting as a bridge between IT and business teams, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
- Configuring requirements within the company's systems and designing workflow processes.
- Identifying the organizational impact of new business processes and systems.
- Delivering end-user training and ensuring seamless handovers.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technically diverse environment as a Business or Systems Analyst.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into formal specifications.
- Experience delivering solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proficient understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Logical, solution-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Telecoms industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Visio.
