CAREER PROGRESSION

- Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- The start of your recruitment journey. We’ll provide you with all the skills you need to hit the ground running in a vertical IT & Tech market across the UK & Ireland. You’ll be supported by a trained Manager whilst you learn.
- Recruitment Consultant:
- You’ll be in charge of your own patch and become a full 360-recruitment partner to established, and new, Clients across the UK. Your earning potential will increase with sales commission on top of a generous base salary.
- Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Growing your patch, and integrating new business, with an established talent pool will allow you to succeed as a Senior Recruiter. You’ll be a knowledgeable point of contact for your Clients and Candidates alike.
- Team Leader:
- Start on your management journey by becoming a recruitment team lead where you’ll advise, monitor and nurture junior recruitment talent and keep your own high level of service.
- Divisional Manager:
- Divisional Managers are responsible for the overall billing of a team of consultants. You will become the advisor and leading voice for your team, providing top-level recruitment services across a wide geographical area and have a hand in training and skilling up junior members of staff to your high competency level.
- Associate Director:
- Once reaching a pinnacle of Recruitment excellence, you will be invited to have input on business decisions that will impact the sales floor and be expected to help maintain the companies high level of service and profitability
- Director:
- Directors at Senitor are responsible for the agency from the top down. They make sure ALL staff, including all recruitment consultants and support team staff are contributing to the impeccable Senitor culture and achieving their best for our Client and Candidate base. You’ll advise on training & development and be the go to knowledge base for all junior staff.
- Group Partner:
- Should your recruitment journey take you to establishing your own brand under our umbrella, we’re happy to facilitate this for the right people with the drive to succeed and work ethic to achieve. We've established multiple brands across the group and are willing to do this again.
